For Triathletes there are front crawl development and improvement sessions and for fitness swimmers who are keen to improve their front crawl and breastroke, I have specific sessions where we look at stroke development and technique work to enable you to swim with less effort in a more relaxed style based on your body type, buoyancy and flexibility and whether you swim in the pool or sea. This can be tailored to novices right up to more seasoned swimmers and Masters looking to make improvements.  See my Stroke Workshops for all strokes for both adults and children. If you're looking to be a bit more competitive or just complete a swim challenge I have besopke open water swimming event preparation sessions where we can plan and prepare you for that all important day.

Throughout the year I run warm weather swimming holidays in Fuerteventura and early and late season camps in Mallorca focusing on both pool and open water skills.
