This 2Km training swim runs from the Sandy Beach here in Lyme Regis and the course is laid depending on the weather conditions.
The swim stays within 150 metres from the shore and is a an opportunity for some to challenge themselves over that distance or for others to just enjoy a cruise round the bay. We’ll have Lifeguards in place and timing from the beach for those that are interested in their pace.
Once you have made your booking, if you have not already completed a form we will send you a link to the Swimmer's form/medical questionaire which would need to be completed prior to attendance.
