Swimming Courses & Lessons
Children and young teens
Open water sea swimming sessions for children and early teens are available in Lyme Regis, where they will learn the fundamentals of open water swimming together with the skills and stroke techniques to equip them to be comfortable and safe in the open water environment as well as helping with their fitness levels.
We are delighted to welcome Abi O'Leary to the team to assist with planning and delivery of the sessions for Summer 2024. Abi is a Level 2 Swimming teacher with 8 years experience teaching all abilities from age 3 to 16. She is also experienced in teaching SEND lessons. Abi also teaches stand up paddle boarding and is a former lifeguard so is experienced instructing in the water!
She was a competitive Club swimmer until the age of 12 and then competed again at Winchester University where she was the swim team Captain for 2 years, planning land and water based coaching sessions alongside studying BSc Sport and Exercise Science.
